Sugen joined BetterHome Group in 2022 at a critical point in our digital transformation journey. He has 27 years of technology experience, 22 of which has been in financial services. He has a passion for ensuring that technology solves real-world problems for customers. During his tenure at the largest bank in Africa, Sugen fulfilled the roles of CIO for Global Capital Markets and CIO for Global Transactional Banking for several years. During this time, he managed teams and implemented solutions in several countries around the world.
